To separate the subjects from the background and add depth to the scene, we employed a backlight. The backlight was positioned behind the characters and aimed towards them from a higher angle. It created a subtle rim of light around the edges of the characters, accentuating their contours and helping to separate them from the background. This backlighting effect added visual interest and a sense of depth to the composition.
By carefully balancing and adjusting the three-point lighting setup, we were able to create a visually pleasing and well-lit environment for our scenes. The interplay of the key light, fill light, and backlight worked together to enhance the appearance of our characters, add depth to the composition, and draw attention to the important elements within each shot.
